KRUSH founder Heidi worked for several years in the corporate world of the food industry and saw tons and tons of perfectly edible food wasted: just because of wrong shapes, colors, crushed products , or sometimes because selling them would not be enough production costs.

Realizing that so many of the most wasted ingredients are actually ideal breakfast cereal ingredients, Heidi started experimenting with granola, using rescued foods , in her own kitchen.
