A delicious Brownie with vEGGS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bar of dark chocolate of your choice
- 3 vEGGs
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp flour or oat flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 80 ml regular Oat drink from Friendly Viking's
- 2 tbsp sweetener "Hey Sweetie Powder"
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- A handful of cranberries and walnuts
- A pinch of salt
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Prepare the vEGGS in a large container according to the preparation method on the packaging.
3. Melt the bar of dark chocolate in a bain-marie (over a pan of boiled water).
3. Add the melted chocolate to the vEGGS with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Mix the batter well until it becomes a smooth and even batter.
5. Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
6. Let it cool down and then try it!
