Fish nugget Beetroot Wrap
Recipe for 3/4 people
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of beetroot wraps
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1 red cabbage
- Cress
- Fish nuggets from Vegan Visboer
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Spread the wraps with a good layer of hummus.
2. Prepare the fish nuggets.
- Frying: You get the best result by frying for 2-4 minutes in vegetable frying fat.
- In the oven: bake for 13-15 minutes at 220 degrees.
- In the Airfryer: bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Turn them regularly.
3. When the nuggets are ready, the wraps can be further topped with the red cabbage, cress and the nuggets.
4. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
