Highball's founders were looking for non-alcoholic alternatives to their favorite cocktails that were tasty, convenient and suitable for social gatherings and drinking at home.
Since they mix non-alcoholic cocktails themselves, they decided to develop a small range of some of their favorites - and called them Highball Cocktails.
