Lisa's Choice is a brand within the gluten-free food sector. The company was founded by Edith Goossens, after her daughter Lisa was advised to eat gluten-free. As a real foodie, Edith was not satisfied with the gluten-free options that were available at the time. That is why she, in collaboration with dieticians and nutritionists, started developing various types of flour.
