Chef Olaf and Chef Erik were sitting together in a colorful tuk-tuk in tropical Bangkok when the idea arose to make incredibly delicious vegan ice cream. The chefs wanted to conquer the world only with the best ingredients. Making plant-based ice cream that had to be tastier than normal ice cream. After 2 years of experimenting it has become reality. And the result is incredibly tasty! Because it is much more fun to conquer the world with a team, we chose Olaf & Co.
