The Mayo Sisters

In 2014, Helen and Martine Hissink started a new adventure in their lives. Growing up in a warm family where food was always central, they opened a caterer in Amsterdam. Delicious and healthy cooking for people who also loved it.

With the focus on healthy eating, because they cooked without additives, sugars or excessive salt. In 2016 we adapted our concept to Chefs Poulet & Frites and fries require mayonnaise and of course we made it ourselves! This is where our love for mayonnaise originated.
