What are you waiting for?

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation. This comes from Viva La Vegan and indicates that the order has been received successfully. We will process your order and forward it to the carrier. Once our carrier, Leen Menken, has received the products, you will receive an appointment confirmation.

You will receive this confirmation by email and text message and confirms the date on which your order will be delivered. It is important that you are at home to receive your order and that is why we try to keep you as informed as possible.

On the day of ordering you will receive a final confirmation that the order will be delivered to you today. An expected time slot is indicated here. Because we also believe that time slots are often very generous, you will receive an SMS 60 to 30 minutes in advance with the message that the delivery person is almost at your door.

This way we try to make it as easy as possible so that you do not have to wait endlessly for your order and you can enjoy the tastiest plant-based products without any worries.

If you are unexpectedly not at home and have missed the delivery, we will simply take your order back. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order to your neighbors or a collection point, but we have to schedule a new order time. You will receive an email from our carrier in which a new appointment can be made. Once this has happened, you will receive another confirmation and you will receive all messages again during the delivery process.

Were you not at home the first time? We are happy to ensure that you can still receive all products, but unfortunately we have to charge costs for a second delivery appointment. Leen Menken sends an email in which a new appointment can be made and shipping costs can be paid. The costs for a second delivery are 15 euros.

If the date is not convenient, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or move your order.
